Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I import a learning report?

First, get the prompt in the app and send it to the AI tool you just used for an English conversation. Once you receive a learning report, return to LingoBiu and choose Import Learning Report. If import still fails, submit the error message and a screenshot of the steps you took.

Where is my learning data stored?

Learning reports, progress, and review history are stored on your device by default. If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is available, learning data may sync among your own Apple devices.

Why has another device not received my data?

Confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account, are signed in to iCloud, and have a network connection. Allow the app time to finish syncing. If the issue continues, submit your device and app version through Contact & Feedback.

How do I delete learning data?

You can delete learning reports and learning content in the app. Your other devices may need an internet connection and a completed sync before the deletion appears there.

Why can’t I submit feedback?

Check your network and iCloud status, then try again. Feedback and images are optional; you can also contact the developer on WeChat.

How do I turn off study reminders?

Open Me → Study Reminders, then turn reminders off. Reminders are delivered locally by your device.
